Bug report: xml:base not recognised

If you subscribe to the feed at http://www.xbrl.org/do_rss.aspx?val=29 and look at the item entitled "UK announces conference on use of XBRL for tax and accounts" you will find that the link at the end of this item has been rendered as http:///uk/LondonConference/ which is incorrect.

Techincal details follow:

<A href="/uk/LondonConference/" target=_blank>London Conference</A>

(it's wrapped in CDATA tags as the content is marked as HTML, not XHTML).

This is within a topmost tag:

<feed xmlns="http://www.w3.org/2005/Atom" xml:base="http://www.xbrl.org/">

The Atom 1.0 specification states:

Any element defined by this specification MAY have an xml:base attribute <W3C.REC-xmlbase-20010627>. When xml:base is used in an Atom Document, it serves the function described in section 5.1.1 of <RFC3986>, establishing the base URI (or IRI) for resolving any relative references found within the effective scope of the xml:base attribute.

Therefore the relative URI should be resolved against the xml:base

Does anyone have any comments? I didn't get a reply from support@intravnews.com on this topic.

Issues c/ PGP add-in

I'm using Outlook 2003 SP2 with v1.12.2113 c/ the NGBLogger plusin, on a Windows 2000 SP4 pc. I also use the PGPexch.dll plugin (v7.03) along with intraview and Lookout v1.2.

Everything works flawlessly until I turn on Auto Cleanup. Once this is done, everytime a cleanup starts to occur - I am informed that the pgpexch.dll add-in has become unstable.

I turn off the add-in or I turn off auto cleanup - everything works fine again.

Thoughts?
Thanks,

.tf
