  • Microsoft© Outlook© XP, 2003, 2007, 2010. (Outlook 2010 64 bits support is planned for fall 2010).

Setup Instructions

If you are upgrading, export your subscriptions to an OPML file first!

  1. Close Microsoft© Outlook© if it is running it now.
  2. Click the Download link to start the Download.
  3. Run the installation program and follow the instructions in the setup wizard.
  4. Start Microsoft© Outlook© after the installation is completed and follow instructions in the Welcome Wizard.
  5. In the newly created command bar, click the Subscriptions button to start managing your subscriptions.
    (If you don't see the intraVnews command bar, restart Outlook. If it's still not there, make sure Outlook is completely closed down in the task list.)

Licensing:

Upgrading from 1.x

Please note that your free personal license from intraVnews 1.x will not activate version 2. If you want to use intraVnews 2.x after the 30 day trial period, you need to purchase an upgrade.

Personal Use (Non-Commercial)

You can try intraVnews for 30 days. During this time, intraVnews is 100% functional. If you wish to use intraVnews after the trial period, you need to purchase a license.

You can use intraVnews on up to 5 computers. A license includes six months of support.

Business, Public Sector & Academic Use

You need purchase a license for each user in your organization.

You can try intraVnews for 30 days before making a purchasing decision. During these 30 days, intraVnews is 100% functional. During the trial period, intraVnews can be installed and activated on 5 computers.

We offer a Pilot Program which includes extended evaluation time, priority support and an unlimited number of activations. Contact us for more information.

Students

Student discounts are available. Contact us in order to get a code for use during checkout.

You can install and activate intraVnews on up to 2 computers.

To Uninstall

  1. If you wish to use your subscriptions in another program, save them in an OPML file first!
  2. If Microsoft© Outlook© is running, close it now.
  3. Remove intraVnews via the Control Panel, Add/Remove Programs (Programs/Features on Windows Vista)
  4. Start Microsoft© Outlook© after the installation is completed.
  5. If you have removed your settings, Outlook will display a message that it can't find the PST file.
    Locate the folder in the Folders panel, right click on it and choose Close.
